- സാങ്കേതിക തകരാർ: ഞങ്ങളുടെ സെർവർ തകരാർ മൂലം ഏഴു ദിവസം തുടർച്ചയായി വെബ്സൈറ്റ് പ്രവർത്തിക്കാതിരുന്നാൽ റീഫണ്ടിന് അർഹതയുണ്ട്. (നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇന്റർനെറ്റ്/ഉപകരണ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾക്ക് കമ്പനി ഉത്തരവാദിയല്ല).

Refunds are only considered under the following strict conditions:
- Availability of Profiles: A refund can be requested only if at least two (2) suitable profiles matching your preferences are not available on the site after registration.
- Technical Issues: If you are unable to log in or the website is down for more than 24 consecutive hours due to a technical fault on our end. (Issues due to your internet or device are not covered).
Non-Refundable Situations:
- If you have already accessed the contact numbers of other members.
- If you cancel due to personal reasons (e.g., marriage fixed elsewhere).

സമയക്രമവും സംഭാഷണ മര്യാദയും (Calling Protocol)
- സൈറ്റിൽ നിന്ന് ലഭിക്കുന്ന നമ്പറുകളിലേക്ക് ബന്ധപ്പെടുമ്പോൾ രാവിലെ 9:00 AM മുതൽ വൈകിട്ട് 5:00 PM വരെയുള്ള സമയം കർശനമായി പാലിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
- താല്പര്യമില്ലെങ്കിൽ വിളിക്കരുത്: ഒരു വ്യക്തിയുമായി സംസാരിക്കുകയും ആ ആലോചനയിൽ താല്പര്യമില്ല എന്ന് അവർ വ്യക്തമാക്കുകയും ചെയ്താൽ, പിന്നീട് യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ആ വ്യക്തിയെ ഫോണിലൂടെയോ മെസേജിലൂടെയോ ബന്ധപ്പെടാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.
ദുരുപയോഗവും നിയമനടപടികളും (Misuse & Legal Consequences)
- അംഗത്വം റദ്ദാക്കൽ: ഇത്തരം പരാതികൾ ലഭിച്ചാൽ ആ വ്യക്തിയുടെ പ്രൊഫൈൽ സൈറ്റിൽ നിന്നും സ്ഥിരമായി നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.
- നിയമപരമായ പരിരക്ഷയില്ലായ്മ: വിവരങ്ങൾ ദുരുപയോഗം ചെയ്യുന്ന വ്യക്തിക്ക് കമ്പനിയുടെ ഭാഗത്തുനിന്ന് യാതൊരുവിധ നിയമപരമായ പരിരക്ഷയോ പിന്തുണയോ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
- ഇന്ത്യൻ നിയമപ്രകാരമുള്ള നടപടികൾ: മൊബൈൽ നമ്പർ ദുരുപയോഗം ചെയ്യുന്ന പക്ഷം ഇന്ത്യൻ ഐടി ആക്ട് (IT Act), ഭാരതീയ ന്യായ സംഹിത (BNS) എന്നിവയിലെ വകുപ്പുകൾ പ്രകാരം നേരിടേണ്ടി വരുന്ന എല്ലാ സിവിൽ/ക്രിമിനൽ നടപടികൾക്കും ആ വ്യക്തി തന്നെ പൂർണ്ണ ഉത്തരവാദിയായിരിക്കും.

Calling protocol
- When contacting numbers obtained through the site, strictly observe calling hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- If someone states they are not interested, you must not contact them again by phone or message for any reason. Respect their decision fully.
Misuse & legal consequences
- Account removal: Complaints of harassment may result in permanent removal of the profile from the site.
- No legal defence from company: A person misusing information will not receive legal protection or support from the company.
- Indian law: Misuse of mobile numbers may attract civil/criminal proceedings under the IT Act and BNS; the individual bears full responsibility.
